Adverse Mortgages is a lead generation service that connects individuals with adverse credit histories to FCA-regulated mortgage brokers. We do not:

- Arrange mortgages directly
- Act as a mortgage broker or lender
- Guarantee mortgage approval
- Guarantee any specific mortgage terms or rates
Our service is limited to collecting your information and sharing it with specialist mortgage brokers in our network who may be able to assist you.
Primary Broker Partner:
You will be contacted by Essex Money, an Appointed Representative of TMG Direct Limited (FCA Number: 456085), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Additional specialist brokers in our network may also contact you.
3. Use of Website
3.1 Permitted Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes:

4.3 No Guarantee of Approval
Submission of your information does not guarantee:
- Mortgage approval
- Favorable mortgage terms or rates
- Contact from any specific broker
- That you will qualify for a mortgage
Mortgage approval depends on the broker's assessment of your application and their lending criteria.
